Affordable Housing Marketing & Lease Up
5 Star Affordable is an HPD approved Administering Agent and Marketing Agent for affordable housing lotteries for properties subject to Regulatory Agreement under Inclusionary Housing (IH) Programs, 421a(16) Tax Exemption Program, 485-x Tax Exemption Program, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs, Mix & Match, Extremely Low & Low-Income Affordability (ELLA) and other programs.
Homeless Placement Services
Our office is offering lease up of the affordable units through Homeless Placement Services program offered under Augmented CityFHEPS by HPD. This program is exclusively available for properties subject to the 421-a(16) Tax Exemption program allowing developers to preserve 130% AMI rents. We have placed over 1000 tenants in their new homes.
Administering Agent Monitoring & Compliance
5 Star Affordable is an HPD Approved Administering Agent and Marketing Agent and has certification for oversee mandatory compliance for affordable housing marketing, lease up and management of the properties subject to the Regulatory Agreement under Inclusionary Housing (IH) Program, 421-a(16) Tax Exemption Program and other programs
